Hereby a short newsletter:

Bicycle clean up
The board is currently doing a bicycle clean up. We have just put red tape around the wheel of bikes that are obviously not used in a long time. If the tape is still unbroken after 4 weeks (deadline 17th of April), we will bring the bike to the nearest recycling station.

Blockage of the emergency exit
The board has noticed that some of us place a lot of stuff at the backstairs. It is okay to place small things down there, but it should not block residents from moving up or down because it is meant as an emergency exit.

New digital door lock
We have had several incidents where things got stolen from the opgang. To prevent this, a company called Bekey has installed digital locks in all 3 main doors for free. This digital lock can be used by Post Danmark and distributors of commercial folders (reklame). So if somebody rings your doorbell with the message "reklame", you should not open, it could be a scam. You can also prevent theft by keeping all doors and the metal gate locked at all times.

Large trash
The board noticed that some residents still place large trash (storskrald) outside the bins. We kindly ask you to place all trash inside the bins. If it is too big, make is smaller (please fold cardboard boxes) or bring it to:
